A Simchas Beis Hashoeva bus drove through the streets of Crown Heights on Monday night of Chol Hamoed, bringing the joy of Yom Tov to the entire neighborhood.
The majestic and festive buses blasted joyous music with Chony Milecki, Shmuly Hurwitz and Mendy Piamenta, proudly led by the longtime, devoted organizer of Simchas Beis Hashoeva celebrations for the past 40 years, R’ Yisroel Shemtov.
Jugglers and clowns entertained the crowd, and a huge screen played videos of the Rebbe.
Crown Heights residents joined in the singing and dancing, in front of their homes, in a safe manner due to the current situation.
“Crown Heights was on fire!” One resident said.
