Thanks to Rabbi Dr. Twerski for his relentless work to show not only that recovery from addiction is consistent with Judaism but that Judaism contains within it all of the principles of the 12 steps and all of the recovery process.

Thank you so much Rabbi Twerski! Working on ourselves is hard, like it says “Concurring the yetzer hara, is harder than concurring a city” The twelve step program is a place where we can work and be encouraged to work on ourselves with out judgment or being looked down upon. Being honest with our selves hurts and it hurts bad, but the joy of recovery, knows no bounds. To know Hashem is our guide and torah is our world.
