Police are searching for a group of suspects accused in a violent gang assault and robbery of a 15-year-old girl in Brooklyn.
Investigators believe this was a retaliation attack for another incident that took place earlier.
The brutal assault was caught on camera shortly after 4 p.m. Thursday on Utica Avenue near Sterling Place in Crown Heights.
Suspects in the crowd take turns stomping on her, kicking her, taking her sneakers, phone and debit card.
The chaos took place right in front of an electronics store owned by Anita Peavy, who says she quickly brought down the gate and went outside, CBS2’s Dave Carlin reported.
“I didn’t need no trouble. I [was] scared the kids [would] come in here and just go crazy the way they was going crazy out there,” Peavy said. “I have never witnessed nothing like that yet in my life… To see such a small kid just dropping on one kid, it was crazy.”
Peavy – a registered nurse – then went to see if she could help the victim.
“She was bleeding like crazy,” Peavy said. “We just tried to keep her calm and sitting there until the ambulance come.”
Police have not said what the earlier incident was about.
They say the girl is expected to recover.

Public schools need to teach the children some very normal manners!!!
The public school is not to be blamed; it starts in the home with the parents who fail to teach the children self respect for themselves and others. These boys should be punished for their crime; they could have killed that girl.

Teaching kids about God’s morals is undermined by the atheism, taught in the schools.
It’s easy to push it onto the schools but many of the teachers are terrified of their own students. I had two friends who worked the public school system in bad neighborhoods and both ended up choosing other careers because they feared for their lives. How many of them tell their students that G-d doesn’t exist and that all morals are “man made”? If they are man made they can (and are) changed by humans, so nothing lasts as a value. That leaves kids with nothing lasting, to follow. Someone might argue “not to murder is a universal value”. To which I respond no it’s not. Said she read on social media that “They did this because the girl caused a murder” of a “Crips” gang member, and they caught her fleeing the subway. Makes sense when you see this was not spontaneous, but clearly and massively premeditated. Had this happened in an alley way our of sight, she would likely have been killed.
Have the NYPD search the social media accounts of those boys who turned themselves in, for incriminating gang statements and affiliations.
This is horrible watch who ever the victim is but why is not stated that this was a black on black crime so people can better understand the sad situation?

So many of these comments contain such thinly-veiled racism. Am Yisrael is supposed to be a light unto the other nations. We’re better than these comments. What happened to this girl was horrible, but we should absolutely not blame the Black community as a whole. Let’s talk about this issue constructively, instead.
Let them come out and show the world that “the Black community as a whole”, is against such barbarism.
