Shluchim Unite to Mark 27 Adar

Announcement by Shluchim Exchange:

In a few hours we will be approaching the 20th anniversary of the dreadful day of Chof Zayin Adar, the day when the concealment began and when the very essence of our lives was changed. Surely, each and every one of us is surely asking himself as to what he could do on this significant day.

As we cry out from the depths of our hearts Ad Mosai!?, and we are truly asking and pleading that we immediately be able to once again see our Rebbe, in all his glory, surely it is vital that we, the Shluchim, unite together to do something tangible on this significant day.

In the famous Sicha of 3 Shvat 5752, the Rebbe addressed the physical illness that the Friediker Rebbe suffered from, and affected his ability to speak and say Chassidus.

The Rebbe then instructed that, each and every one should accept upon himself a resolution to learn the Torah of the Baal Hilula, and the learning should be in such a manner, in which the physical obstructions and hindrances which plagued the Friediker Rebbe (for whatever reason), will be overcome, therefore, as we said that action is most important, it is imperative that everyone accept upon himself a resolution to learn the Torah of the Baal Hilula

In compliance with the above Sicha, Shluchim are suggested the following:

1. To make a ‘Chalukah’ amongst shluchim of all the edited Torah of the Rebbe. This includes all the Maamorim in the ‘Sefer ‘Ha’Maamorim Melukot’, Likutei Sichos and Sefer Hasichos of the Years 5747-5752. Every Shliach from around the world, will select a Maamar or Sicha, or 2 Maamorim or Sichos, to learn throughout the 24 hours of Chof Zayin Adar. Thus, at any given time, the Shluchim will be united in learning the Torah of the Rebbe, the Meshaleach, wherever they are in the world.

2. It was also suggested that the Shluchim should try to learn together with another Shliach, if possible in person or via telephone etc., which will surely aid in the success of the learning.

In the merit of the above resolution, our pleas should be answered, and even before we begin learning, we see the Rebbe, with our own physical eyes, and are led out of Galus with the coming of Moshiach!
