Mrs. Devorah Alevsky is a teacher, lecturer and program coordinator whose expertise is in the field of women’s issues, as well as family harmony and rearing Jewish children.
She is an eloquent speaker, who has traveled to Israel, South Africa, Australia, South America and throughout Europe sharing her perspective on the role of the Jewish woman.
Mrs. Alevsky’s joy, optimism and strength was shaped by her family’s remarkable survival and triumph in communist Russia. Together with her husband, Mrs. Alevsky has been the main Chabad Shlucha in Cleveland, Ohio since 1972.
