The Chaya Aydel Seminary, in Hallandale Beach Florida, has added to their curriculum the study of the renowned Hemshech Ayin Beis, the lengthy series of discourses from the Rebbe Rashab. This past Shavuos marked the 100th anniversary since this “Wondrous and Profound” series of Maamorim began in the city of Lubavitch in 1912-5672.
Rabbi Yossy Lebovics, Principal of the Seminary since its inception in 2002, announced that, “when it comes to Pnimiyus HaTorah, girls and women have the same obligation as boys and men, to study these subjects which pertain to the love and fear of Hashem,” as was emphasized by the Rebbe and the Frierdiker Rebbe.
“No doubt, when Chassidim around the world have shown a tremendous interest, in light of the 100th anniversary, to study Ayin Beis, it goes without saying that Seminary girls should take a lead role in studying Ayin Beis, and in sharing the incredible insights they learn with friends, family, and community members,” the third generation Educator (Mechanech) par excellence remarked.
Rabbi Raphael Tennenhaus, dean of the Chaya Aydel Seminary, and executive vice president of Chabad of South Broward, points out that three Shiurim of Ayin Beis will be given to the Florida Seminary students before the end of the current School Year.
In the upcoming Seminary Year, Ayin Beis will be studied for forty five minutes, each week, as an additional class in the curriculum of Chassidus.
According to Rabbi Tennenhaus, “for the past ten years, I have noticed how Seminary students, who have studied Chassidus for years, comprehend the deepest subjects of Chassidus, and in many ways, their perception of G-dliness is far more refined and advanced than even the perception of many modern-day authors of Seforim, who regrettably, for whatever reason, have not been fortunate (as of yet) to study Chabad Chassidus.
“Surely, young women studying Ayin Beis will be another rung in Hafotzas HaMayonos, and this will both trickle in to the greater Jewish Community, as well as hasten the revelation of Moshiach, Now!”

Girls might be more responsible but boys are better at learning chassidus

It’s not because females are necessarily not as smart, it’s just the level of difficulty of chassidus that is taught in the girls schools is not on par with the level taught in yeshivahs. And it is still difficult for bochurim. And chassidus must be learned in a an order that builds one level upon another. There is so much you need to learn before opening an ayin beis or samech vuv, which is why #5 is correct.

JUST because we’re woman it doesn’t mean we CAN’T learn what u bochurim learn. Were entitled too..so dzonttt
For us bochurim its extremely hard how are girls meant to learn it???
Having learned most of ayin beis, I can say it is a truly amazing hemshech – but I don’t get chayenu and others that are putting out select maamorim in the middle- its one of those hemshechim that can only be really appreciated as a hemshech. Having said that, anyone can really learn from someone who learned the whole thing and gets the whole picture, and obviously himself went through enough chassidus to understand it. i recommend Shaar Hayichud of Mittler Rebbe as well with a qualified teacher, or Binyomin Walter’s cd.
Learning ayin beis so you can say you’re learning ayin beis, is naarishkeit. If the learning curricula in the girls’ schools progressively lead up to it, fine. But I don’t think they do. Unless they select “easier” or more “avoidahdik” sections to learn. But then that would be learning ayin beis just to say you did/are.
