To the man who wrote, Againt boxing for Orthodox Jews Do you know what happened with Muhammad Ali and other famous boxing legends? They got cerebral problems and Parkinson’s disease. Boxing is really dangerous and it has nothing to do with Jewish values. As an orthodox jew, there are plenty of other activities to be involved in. And what about his wife? Do you think it’s pleasant to see her husband with hematomas, swollen eyelids and swollen face after every boxing match? I’m sorry for all the fans of Dimitry, but boxing is not Orthodox. Overall, Amazing Event!
Really packed crowd, Amazing victory!

Dmitriy looked great out there, Kol HaKavod to Salita Promotions for putting together such an amazing event.

The pictures really captured the great moments of the fight.

and I like the Fight Poster made by a good friend of mine ACDESIGNNYC ( visit http://www.acdesignnyc.com)

We wish you luck Dmitriy in your next upcoming events, and with your promotion

Love when the other dude gets hit in the face.

NICE!

Something's wrong with Matisyahu's hair!
December 19, 2010 12:14 am

Ok, not necessarily wrong, but I get scared every time I see his silver hair. He is still young to look like so old! He seems to be tired, without being indeed. Comparing with pictures he took three, four years ago, he seems now being 15 years older…

This Wayka fellow has been knocked out in 8 of his last 12 fights, I think its time he starts reevaluating his career choice 🙂

I’m still convinced that an Orthodox Jew has nothing to do in a boxing ring.

That being said, nevertheless, congratulation to Dimitry.

The Fight was NOT for the IBA championship
December 18, 2010 12:56 pm

It was supposed to be but Dima’s opponent pulled out right before the fight so it was for a New York State championship instead.
