On Rosh Chodesh Shvat 5780 Russian Junior N’Shei Chabad (RJNC) held its 20th Annual Grand-Farbrengen in Oholei Torah Hall. Russian speaking women from all over New York and beyond came to join this exclusive RJNC Kinnus banquet with fabulous settings, food, music and exceptional speakers on subjects of Chassidus by Nurit Sarytchev, Halocha by Rochel Faygen, Chinuch by Leah Yechielov, Taharas Mishpocha by Shayna Malka Roth, and Rambam by Rivka Sidorov.
Our magnificent organizers of every event: Nurit Sarytchev and Rochel Faygen came up with the idea for the theme of the evening straight from Rebbe’s Sichos and Maimorim. The program was a huge step up with all the digital MC, screens and awesome Game “The Royal Treasures.”
The topic of the speech was so right for all the women from different backgrounds, and the questions for the game were perfect. People were able to participate and everyone loved it. The Game brought much unity and excitement!
This year the theme was “The Royal Palace of the King Moshiach”. Extremely talented party planner and designer, Chana Komarovsky, was able to turn beautiful ideas into reality by planning every single detail.
There were 4 rooms: Garden with the fountain, Dancing and mystery gifts room, The Gallery of the Moshiach Dynasty, starting with Dovid Hamelech, Shlomo HamElech, Maharal from Prague until the Rebbe and finally, the Royal Banquet room, with flowers and candelabras.
The Banquet Hall was amazing, with the stunning combination of royal colors: gold and teal, there was an expression of royalty in every detail from napkin rings to the setting of dishes and golden candlelight. This Farbrengen would never be so amazing without the army of volunteers who came over days and nights before in preparation for this Annual Banquet.
The wonderful choir led by very experienced musician, Clara Landsman, made all our princesses feel honored to be the guests in the King Palace.
Also a special song was composed and performed in honor of the RJNC’s 20th Anniversary by talented Miriam Ilyayev.
The speeches were all magnificent and gave the chizuk for the whole year. Nurit Sarytchev, very skillfully, was able to bring Chassidus down to Earth. Rochel Faygen inspired ladies in the area of Halochas, Leah Yechielov touched upon the most important subject of Chinuch, and Shayna Roth reviled the secrets of the very special mitzvah, given to the women, “Mikva.”
One of the most popular speakers Rabbi Shais Taub visited our Royal Palace and spoke on the topic of Secret Power of the Jewish women – daughters of the King.
By combining Torah for the mind, beauty for the eyes and music and nigunim for the ears and flowers aroma for the nose and food for the mouth and mystery gifts for the hands, all five senses and the brain were re-activated.
Dancing would never be the same without lights and music, played so beautifully, by Fitche Benshimon.
The Farbrengen had the exquisite Caterer: Turk Catering, to serve the daughters of the King a real feast: delicious 4-course meal and wine. The sound provided by sound engineer Yosef Yitzchok Yechielov was absolutely amazing throughout the hall and beyond.
This evening is the result of a lot of planning, hard work, fundraising and creativity of the organizers, also because of incredible support of the whole Russian community but mainly the result of the Rebbe’s brochos that bring hatzlocha in all the activities of RJNC.
Everyone left so happy, recharged and ready to greet the King Moshiach and create the Royal Palace in her own house as the King Moshiach is on His way.
