A request from Rabbi Kalman Weinfeld that people call someone you know and ask them to put on Tefillin today in the merit of a refuah shelaima for Rabbi Refoel Don Yoel Levy is spreading around the world.
“We are not going anywhere these days, so please do Mivtza Tefillin from home,” Rabbi Weinfeld said.
