In Shnas Hachinuch there was a “yotze min haklal” Lag B’omer parade; on a Tuesday that year because of “Shnas Hachinuch”.
The next year Lag B’omer which also fell out mid-week, there were those who thought that perhaps a precedent had begun to make the parade on Lag B’omer even though it was not a Sunday.
The Rebbe was asked, and he said “NO- because the Released Time children will not be able to attend” (as they are in school).
Please bring release time to children in Manhattan! Thanks
