I heard this 30 years ago from a friend whose husband, a newlywed yungerman, a hardworking and persistent Jew, made a tremendous effort and pushed himself into an excellent spot to see the Rebbe’s Hakafos in 770 on Simchas Torah night. He was pushed and squeezed so much that there was a mark on his skin from his gartel, like a rope burn, that remained for a full 3 months afterward. Halevai that our inspiration from Tishrei should last all of us for the entire year! Moshiach Now.
