Members of the Crown Heights community gathered Tuesday at a barbecue event in support of RCCS, enjoying a lavish BBQ and wine tasting by Eber’s.
RCCS provides support for individuals fighting cancer, and is currently assisting 100 patients in the Crown Heights community.
The event was held at the Axelrod Rooftop at 580 Crown Street.
Daniel Hadar, campaign manager for RCCS, spoke about the organization’s critical, life-saving work and the importance of supporting the organization.
Rabbi Eli Slavin presented a proclamation to RCCS recognizing their incredible work, on behalf of Congresswoman Yvette Clarke.
