Rabbi Zinner Tests 770 Bochurim on Hilchos Shabbos

Bochurim at the Central Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitch at 770 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights, who are part of the Kevutzah, recently completed learning hilchos Shabbos as part of a new course “Rav Bebeiso – Shabbos L’maase” of Lemaan Yilmedu.

Tens of bochurim enrolled in the learning program sponsored by Igud Talmidei Hakvutzah and taught on a daily basis by Rabbi Tuvia Ginsburg. Rabbi Sholom Dovid Geisinksy has been encouraging the bochurim to participate.

Following the learning, the bochurim were tested by Rabbi Gavriel Zinner, the renowned posek of Boro Park and author of the halachic series Nitei Gavriel.

For over an hour, he tested them on the halachos and said he was impressed with their knowledge and that during the summer months the bochurim were growing in their studies.
