R’ Menachem Moshe Teitelbaum, a resident of Boro Park, Brooklyn, passed away on Chol Hamoed Sukkos, 5781.
He was 81 and was infected with coronavirus.
R’ Teitelbaum was the son of Rabbi Yaakov and Rebbetzin Freida Teitelbaum obm, mara d’asra in Kew Gardens Hills in Queens.
Rabbi Yaakov Teitelbaum sent his son Moshe along with his brothers, Shlomo obm (Queens), Eli obm (Boro Park), Yisroel (Morristown), Yitzchak Meir (Miami Beach), and Yossi (Lakewood) to the Lubavitcher Yeshiva at Bedford and Dean for elementary and High School, and had a very close relationship with the Rebbe and Chabad.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Shulamith Teitelbaum, children and grandchildren.
In the past year his son-in-law, Rabbi Avrohom Yitzchok Cohen obm, a father of 12 from Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, also passed away due to coronavirus.
The Levaya took place yesterday in Boro Park.
