I had the privilege to be a Talmid of Rabbi Goldman in 1974/75, he had great patience and love for his students he’s classes were always very interesting with stories related to our learning from Rebbe’s life experiences and his teachers. He was a classy gentleman and talmid chochom. A true dugma chai and a chosid. Boruch dayin Emes!
What years was there a Yeshiva in Chicago?
Thanks
1946 through 47
Who where the bochrim that went with him to Chicago in 1946?
He was truly the kindest and best grandfather ever! He especially loved children and always wanted to hear what his grandchildren were learning in school.
We will miss you terribly!!
BDE, what a sad loss.
HE accomplished so much in his lifetime but always in a quiet humble way.
May Hashem send nechomas to all his family.
Moshiach now and KVCT to all the family and all klal yisroel
Rabbi Goldman was my Rebbe in Bedford and Dean in 1965. He was a true mechanech and loving Rebbe to all. His refined nature and warm heart, made him a giant amongst everyone. I have always referred to him until today, as “My Rebbe”. I had a special feeling and love for him. He will be missed greatly “Ovad Chosid Godol Min H’Eretz” May his memory be a blessing to all the thousands of talmidim temimim him taught and set an example of what a chosid is..
Rabbi Goldman was by tfilos all the time. You could see physically he wasn’t so quick on his feet, but he had a bren for being in shul.
I missed him for the past few months, he will be remembered fondly.

Rabbi Goldman was a great Rebbi.
It’s Rabbi Goldman’s everlasting credit that I lain every shabbos. He encouraged us to learn how to lain. And It was in his class that I learned. Till today when ever someone asks me “who taught you how to lain,I always answer “my eight grade rebbi,Rabbi Goldman”
He should have a beautiful Gan Eden.
