Rabbi Levi Hezkia, a longtime Chabad Shliach and Mohel in Milan, Italy, passed away on Shabbos, Cheshvan 11, 5779, after a long and difficult illness.
He was 74.
Rabbi Hezkia was known as a devoted Chosid of the Rebbe, as well as a dedicated Shliach.
He had the merit to bring many hundreds of children into the Jewish faith by performing Bris Milahs throughout Europe.
He is survived by his wife, Rochel, and children, Mrs. Miriam Gorman, Mrs. Chaya Graff, and Rabbi Shmuel Hezkia.
He was predeceased by his son Eliyahu Hezkia, OBM.
The funeral took place in Sunday from Milan, and burial in Israel. The family will be sitting Shiva in Bnei Brak.
