Russia’s Chief Rabbi Berl Lazar will be the guest of honor at the upcoming HASC concert, the legendary “A Time For Music” event which will take place in January.
Rabbi Lazar will be the Guest of Honor at the annual event which benefits Camp HASC, special children and their families.
Rabbi Lazar has written a letter to the public about the event:
I am reaching out and sharing this special opportunity with you on behalf of an organization and cause that is near and dear to my heart: Camp HASC.
I have had the zechus of spending time at Camp HASC and have learned the ins-and outs of their program. Over the past number of years I have seen their life-saving services and reach, have gotten to know their administration personally and witnessed their impact first-hand. Dozens of Rabbis and community servants across the globe are the direct beneficiaries of the critical respite and therapeutic services at Camp HASC.
It is for that reason that I am excited to take part in “A Time For Music” this January 9th/ 7 Shevat in New Jersey. As the annual hallmark event in Jewish music, A Time for Music has always been so much more than ‘just’ a concert, raising awareness and funds in support of some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
An evening of world class music and entertainment, class and generosity, A Time for Music is the premier annual musical event & benefit gala setting the global standard in music production – all for the benefit of Camp HASC, special children and their families.
Thank you for considering joining me at “A Time for Music” – it will be a pleasure and honor to welcome you and to enjoy together.
For reservations, corporate sponsorships or to support this important work, please contact [email protected] – and a representative from HASC will be in touch to assist you.
May you be blessed with revealed good,
Berel Lazar
