The Rebbe’s Mazkir Rabbi Yehuda Krinsky, Chairman of Merkos, Machne Yisroel, and Kehot, led a Farbrengen Sunday night at Bais Shmuel Chabad in Crown Heights.
The event was moderated by Rabbi Elkanah Shmotkin, Executive Director of JEM.
Rabbi Krinsky, who served as secretary to the Rebbe for over forty years, shared personal memories and anecdotes about the Rebbe during the courtcase and victory of the Seforim. He also shared memories of the Rebbetzin during different challenging events.
Acting on behalf of the Rebbe and in his capacity as secretary of Agudas Chabad, he played the leading role in coordinating the legal team and actively engaged in the intricate details of the story of Hey Teves and the path to our eventual triumph.
Machne Israel is currently hosting the annual fundraiser in support of the Library.
