Rabbi Hurwitz Treated in Israel

Yitzi Hurwitz is now in Israel, to be seen by the Doctors working with Brain Storm on finding a cure to ALS through stem cells.

We are very excited that we can take part in this study, and past studies have shown very positive results. We will give you updates as we have them. Thank you for your love and prayers, and keep doing amitzvahforyitzi.org.

Here’s the update. We met with the doctor doing the procedure. He is very positive that he can help Yitzi. I guess things take longer here than I thought, the procedure will be Tuesday morning. So guess what? More davening and more Mitzvot. Today we went to the gravesite of our matriarchs and patriarchs in chevron and we are on our way to the gravesite of our mother Rachel. We too are praying a lot. Love you all!!

Here we are at the מערת המכפלה burial place of Avraham, Yitzchok Yaakov, Sarah, Rivka, Leah our patriarchs and matriarchs in Chevron חברון עיר הקןדש. Or in the great words of “Schwartzy” “the mamas and the papas”. We also visited Chabad and the burial place of the holy Menucha Rachel daughter of the second Rebbe of Chabad.

We are now at Hadassah Hospital Ein Karem about to begin the first stage of this procedure. The doctor is very positive that he can help us and was excited to tell us about a Bracha he got from the Rebbe to help heal a woman who all had given up on. She is thank G-d doing very well now, 30 years later. He also tells us the first part of the procedure is Siyata Deshmaya.
