Rabbi Boruch Shlomo Cunin, Head Shliach of the West Coast, is thanking the Chabad community around the world for their “prayers, Simcha and dancing” on behalf of the Chabad Seforim case.
In a letter to the Chabad community, Rabbi Cunin writes, “Baruch Hashem, the impact of all your prayers, Simcha and dancing were most effective.”
Hundreds around the world gathered today to say Tehillim and pray for a positive result in the case, the day when an important Superior Court hearing took place in the decades-long battle by Agudas Chasidei Chabad to free the Chabad Lubavitch library which is being held in Russia.
“The power of the Rebbe and all Rebbeim was quite apparent today in the U.S. Superior Court in Washington, DC,” Rabbi Cunin wrote. “Even our lawyers saw that and they told me that the success they had was higher than nature, and it opened up a new front in the battle for the release of the Seforim.”
Rabbi Cunin said that the Judge intimated that he would issue his ruling before the holiday of Chanukah.
Rabbi Cunin also said that the point of the court case is not about increasing fines on Russia, but rather, “that all the holy Seforim, manuscripts and articles be immediately be returned to the Aguch library in 770” – Chabad Headquarters in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
What exactly was the end results ?? What was the end verdict ???
