Students at the Cheder at the Ohel enjoyed dressing up topsy turvey in honor of Purim Koton, and also participated in a spirited Farbrengen.
The boys watched and participated in a video presentation of children saying pesukim for the Rebbe. They played a game called ‘guess the niggun,’ with special guest Levi Yitzchok Ezagui playing the keyboard. They guessed and all sang the niggun together. Then the children danced by class in front of the other classes with great simcha.
The children were asked how their funny outfits represent a service to Hashem. Second grader Avi Zev Lattin answered that he was a mix up man -mixing up his clothing to mix up the yetzer hara.
Baruch Hashem…and thanks to the devoted teachers and parent-organized Hanhala.
