Chaim Deutsch is a great advocate for the community. With a very progressive City Council, this may be hard, but if anyone can do it, CM Deutsch can.

Without a Moment of Silence

Calamity is inevitable. Does anyone have the source for this?

I remember going to public school in Miami, till 1977. We always had that. The principal, over the loudspeaker, would say, “Please remain standing for a moment of silent meditation.”

Maybe,it was non-existent here in New York. Good that the Rebbe revived it.
