When will the holes in the roof by kingston and main shul of 770 be repaired so no more flood when it rains?

I notice the doors to the Womens shul have been worked on…hopefully to be finished soon.
Upkeep of 770 should be a priority. This is a shul that lubavitchers and many others come to see from literally all over the world. I can’t understand how we don’t prioritize the upkeep and even beautification of this beloved shul. While for sure its an embarrassment to take people there in its present condition, but really we should all want to do what we can to take pride in our shul.
I hope this is an inspiration for others to step up.
