Do they even have such a thing of a elevator for Subway’s
At Utica, at Atlantic Ave., at lots of other subway stations…
They aren’t even digging anywhere near the subway

Will the structure be in the street?
Hallen Constuction is a Sub contractor for Con Edison of New York . In speaking to the site forman this AM he told me they are replacing the burned conduit in the manholes that occurred months ago . No elevator or anything else is planned for this site , just the installation of new conduit cable.This may take some time and the parking spots on Kingston Ave will be lost during the duration of this project.. A word to the wise , do not double park along this site as your vehicle will be towed and relocated .. .
