This is part of a new initiative of Chabad of the Meadowlands, that began on Sunday together with the start of football season; creating a Chabad presence at the stadium prior to each game. Reaching out to the hundreds of Jewish fans attending the games, and providing them the opportunity to do a mitzva and wrap tefillin.
