Is that winding road, with the stairs going up the middle, meant for cars?
It seems to be part of another winding road, in which I see cars in the picture, so I am not sure if both sections of winding road, are for cars or not?
And the new garden area is lovely too! Worth a nighttime drive to see it, after Tisha B’Av we will go bli neder.
