The answer from the Rebbe written on the envelope is in response to the report of CSSY’s activities leading up to Rosh Hashana and Tishrei.
The Rebbe responded with a donation included. It reads, “My contribution is included. (Your report) has has been received and appreciated. It’s come at a relevant time during the days of Selichos (and the time when the King is in the field) in the year of Hakhel. I will mention this at the Tziyon* (previous Rebbe’s ohel).
