In honor of Shaina Welner’s 18th birthday and 2nd yartzeit, her family, friends, and classmates are relaunching a mitzvah campaign that was started in her honor two years ago.
Shaina attended Cheder Lubavitch of Arizona and Beis Chana High School in Phoenix, Arizona. This week, the mitzvah campaign was introduced to the students of Cheder Lubavitch Arizona, with a special focus on mitzvot connected to Ahavas Yisroel.
Shaina’s kind heart and smile touched everyone she met. She loved doing mitzvos and spreading joy. Her favorite thing to do was say brochos over food.
Even in the hospital, Shaina inspired doctors and nurses to perform mitzvahs. She believed that every small act of kindness counts.
We invite you to join us with your families, classmates, and friends in doing mitzvos and entering them onto the website https://onemitzvah.org/Shine4Shaina in Shaina’s zechus.Every mitzva, big or small, makes a difference.
Join us and encourage others to participate.
Let’s come together to make a difference and keep Shaina’s memory alive. May her kindness inspire us all.

Shaina was a very special young lady. She has the incredible zchus that the entire Arizona cheder and High School was founded by her parents for her.
