the waiters should be paid and paid well – by the camp, and same for the counselors. tipping in this context cheapens the entire experience. once a waiter and even more so a counselor accepts a tip it is impossible for them not to give preferential treatment to that camper tainting the environment.
Sefi Kalmanson, a jewish star contestant, sang in the camp choir on visiting day. He did a great job. Go Sefi Kalmanson!!!
