A package thief was apprehended on Motzei Shabbos after he returned to the same building on Eastern Parkway in attempt to steal more packages.
When residents of the building spotted the perpetrator, they immediately contacted Shmira and the police who were able to arrest him nearby.
However, a few hours later, the perpetrator was released without being charged.
