When kids learn Torah in a place, it brings Brocha. It’s funny that you feel “relieved”. I guess you don’t recognize what a blessing you had up until now.

As much as I rejoice that the yeshiva was able to buy a building.
The astronomical purchase price, close to 3 MILLIONS $ for such a small building (19×55) without any backyard, It looks like אויסגעווארפענע געלט to me.

It’s sad to see that ממון הקדש is being neglected.

if you only knew how much this yeshiva toils in chinuch of their students, you would appreciate them having this excellent central spot!
This is what our kids deserve. Why Yeshivas have to be on the outskirts in cheap buildings? Yeshiva like this deserves a prime location!!

So exciting !

Kol hakavod to the owner for holding the property off market for so long ! The zechus of the children learning Torah should be a good merit for him. We need more landlords like this !

WITH MUCH BLESSINGS
