The ‘Neiros L’hoir’ event at Cheder Ohr Menachem was a spectacular celebration of Chanukah, showcasing the talents of every talmid. The event featured performances, including a complex niggun by Kita Zayen Kapelye, a Dvar Malchus by Kita Vov, and an impressive display of Tanya Baal Peh fluency by Kita Daled.
Highlights included: Kita Gimmel: Led the recitation and understanding of the 12 Pesukim, honoring 50 years since the Rebbe’s selection.
Special highlights included: Kita Hey: Presented a captivating video on the history of Shaul Hamelech’s anointment as the first Melech Yisroel. The Menorah Contest: Talmidim voted on their favorite menorah, with winners receiving prizes.
The event was emceed by Rabbi Menachem D. Mendel Yusewitz, with Rabbi Mendel Hacohen Hendel reading a letter from the Rebbe and blessing the attendees. Rabbi Yusewitz thanked the organizers, including Rabbi Avrohom Rainitz, Rabbi Chanoch Hecht, and Rabbi Zalman Goldstein and Acharon Choviv Rabbi Yossi Overlander who organized and ran the Menorah Contest to the very last detail!
