Beautiful! Love it. I wish I could have been there. To the organizers: Thank you for putting this together!!! If this is done again maybe the following can be implemented to include more out of town alumni: 1) advertise in advance so people have time to plan, book tickets etc. 2) Consider doing it right before/after Kinus so its convenient for Shluchim to be there as well. This time it was done shortly after Kinus so it didnt make sense to fly in again soon after Kinus. As far as advertising in advance, they were advertising for over a month on WhatsApp, though as you mentioned not everyone is reached that way.

As far as scheduling this around the Kinnus, most Shluchim are flooded with programs and Simchas to attend. We don’t need another program for the Shluchim for during the few days that they are in Crown Heights.

As far as compiling lists of email addresses, I agree 100%

I spent a decade in Oholei Torah and Moitzai Shabbos was the first time I felt truly valued by my school since graduating – I was invited by Mendy simply for being an alumni – not for money
