Oholei Torah Bochurim going on Shlichus next year to Yeshivas and communities around the world gathered in the Beis Medrash for the a farewell event with the Hanhala of the Yeshiva.
An annual event at the closing of the year, Oholei Torah sponsored a Tzeischem Lsholom for the talmidim going on shlichus to communities around the world.
Hanholo and bochurim gave words of chizuk. Addressing the crowd were Rabbi Elchonon Lesches, Menahel, Reb Nachman Schapiro, Mashpia Roshi, Rabbi Meir Kaplan, Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Korf, Mashpia.
A number of bochurim spoke as well, including Yerachmiel Wolowik of the Five Towns, who made a siyum on Meseches Gittin, Levi Wilhelm of Boulder, CO; Yosef Lesches of Melbourne, Australia, Avrohom Matusof of Calgary, Canada, and Shneur Gurevitch of Los Angeles, CA.
The bochurim were most appreciative of the event, as they had a chance to give each other chizuk before they take their posts on Shlichus.
Rabbi Elchonon Lesches, the Menahel, organized the event.
First yasher koach to all the bachurim. May you succeed on your shlichus and be the lamp lighters the Rebbe would want you to be. They will learn a great skill that will help them in shlicus and beyond. Will also be immensely helpful to the boys they will be influencing shortly.

They should each be incharge of 5 boys to connect to so each Bochur as a shaychus to a Bochur they can look up to..
Someone who can smile and sincerely ask how they’re doing and talk!
