On April 21, the Canadian side of Niagara Falls was illuminated in vibrant orange to honor the Bibas family – mom Shiri and sons 4-year-old Ariel and 9-month-old Kfir, HYD – who were taken hostage by Hamas on October 7 and later murdered.
The color orange, which became a worldwide symbol of remembrance of the young hostages, represents the distinct, bright ginger/red hair of the two young Bibas brothers.
The tribute took place during a visit from a member of the family to the site.
Tomorrow, 8 Iyar, marks Shiri Bibas’s birthday. Please do a special mitzvah in honor of Shiri bas Yosi.
