New Yeshiva at Wall Street

A new Rabbinical yeshiva is set to open in New York City's Financial District. "This place was hit by such great darkness," said Rabbi Shmaya Katz, referring not only to 9/11 but also to the current financial crisis that has cast a pall of darkness over the area, "that we felt it needed to be offset by the light of constant Torah study."
