Following the amazing Chabad on Campus NYC Pegisha, students from Arizona State University, channeled the Jewish pride and joy from the Pegisha to start this new endeavor.
Jewish students gather together in the center of campus to put on Tefillin TOGETHER proudly and recite Shema in support of our brothers and sisters in Israel, and to show that no matter what happens they will always be proud Jews!
And here’s where it gets even more fun… after accepting the challenge, that college then nominates another college to put on Tefillin Together in the center of campus and keeps the pride going!
From 1 college this has spread to over 30 colleges and is just getting started!
