New Shluchim to Toluca Lake
Rabbi Moishe and Michal Carlebach and family of Los Angeles, CA, will be moving on Shlichus to Toluca Lake, California, where they will establish a new Chabad House, serving the needs of the local Jewish community. They were appointed by Rabbi Josh Gordon and Rabbi Mordechai Einbinder of Chabad of the Valley.
