Rabbi Asher and Dini Hecht together with their daughter Mushka have recently moved on Shlichus to the Rio Grande Valley of Texas where they will be establishing a new Chabad center, serving the needs of the Jews of the Texas valley.
The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Shimon Lazaroff, Head Shliach to the state of Texas.

Very impressed with your work in Camp South Padre Island – I had a kid in our community go there – and it really changed him in a very good way. He loved the surfing and the sand-castle stuff – I think Chabad desperately needs that type high level quality sports camp.
