Rabbi Yisroel and Chany Haller and their 3 month old daughter Nechama Dina have recently moved out on Shlichus to Umhlanga Rocks, South Africa.
The Hallers will be running a Shul and doing community programs as well as being a Jewish home for many tourists who frequently pass the area.
