Railroad Pizza, a new Kosher Neapolitan Pizza Shop located at 227 Kingston in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, has just opened its doors to the public.
Located between Sterling Place and Park Place, this new pizzeria is an offspring of the well-known Railroad Barber Shop, also located in Crown Heights.
Since opening its doors just a week ago, Railroad Pizza has already gained a loyal following of customers who are drawn to the fresh and unique artisanal taste of the pizzas.
One of these satisfied customers, Lilach Goodman, had this to say about the new pizzeria: “I absolutely loved the freshness and unique artisanal taste of the pizza at Railroad Pizza. The ingredients were top-notch and the flavors were perfectly balanced.”
Despite the early success of Railroad Pizza, the shop faced a setback just a few days after opening. A burglar broke into the pizzeria late Tuesday evening and vandalized the store, causing significant damage to the front door, and though the door will be replaced promptly and the shop remains fully open, some have been left shaken.
Levi Aronov, the owner of Railroad Pizza, remains undeterred and is excited to continue serving his loyal customers. “We were devastated when we discovered the damage caused by the burglar, but we are not going to let this setback discourage us,” Aronov said. “We are determined to continue providing our customers with the best possible experience, and we are excited to continue serving the community of Crown Heights.”
Despite facing a setback with the vandalism, the team at Railroad Pizza remains committed to providing the best possible experience for its customers. As Levi Aronov said, “We are excited to continue serving the community of Crown Heights and look forward to seeing our loyal customers at Railroad Pizza.”
Below you can see a video of the vandal breaking into the new store.

How disgusting. This is what we get when the country raises generations of youth without a conscience or awareness of God.
Yes, raised without morals or God. Also a weak government which cares little for its populace. Witness the recent assault on the subway by a cop. When will it decrease dramatically? I lived in Crown Heights for 40 years. I was cast out of a store, cheated by a store owner, cheated by two well-known rabbis. If anyone wants to hear these stories I will certainly tell them. I am very honest and you will hear both sides. The ‘Caster Out’ apologized, but the ‘Chabadnick’ embarrassed me in public. When I spoke to the store owner’s brother the brother said… Read more »
Looks like the guy was pissed off he place was closed
Alarm. Censor Motion Detector. Store Front Gates !! Something. Lmao. Kingston And Sterling hmmm. Should have known better.
Obvious first steps the the hood
The location is in close proximity to Brower Park that carries high end and unique real estate in CH..
When the upscale neighbors are safely tucked in their beds, other elements come out to play and prey r”l.
Aren’t there some project buildings nearby, as well? Walking distance.. The neighborhood is definitely a mixed bag of people. I am shocked by the amount of homes that don’t have security and alarm systems, as well. Flatbush gets burglarized regularly. You’d think Crown Heights is in the heart of the storm even more than Flatbush.
Every shop owners must have a metal gate esp now.
Please sell Gluten free pizza!
For a new business to have to deal with this is devastating
I went today to support them and gotta say the pizza is beyond amazing
And the speed of service
My food was ready in no time compared to what I’m used to
Mostly I was impressed by the staff and owner
Such amazing hospitality
I’ll be back and I encourage everyone to go buy and support them and show them we stand with them in this challenge
I wnat to support them,so I am wondering if it’s all take out,or not.
There are some seating inside
There are chairs and tables in the pictures, so I would assume they do eat in as well as take out.
Thank you all for the kind words and good wishes, while this is an unfortunate circumstance, we must push forward and continue with positivity!
Our hours will be expanding starting this coming Sunday, from 12pm-10pm, with later hours coming soon.
We look forward to serving you!
Store owner should def invest in a rolling gate asap
