As I was standing in Times Square watching those big screens, one thing I noticed is how the basic concepts of Judaism were explained with sense of community and purpose. For those of us who were born frum, we don’t get to experience the authenticity of our traditions. Why are frum bachurim and girls expected to do the basics without having a feeling for them?
