This past week, bochurim in New Haven Mesivta put a special focus on learning the sicha of Mishpotim 5752, in which the Rebbe explains that we can already begin to see the fulfillment of the prophecy, “They shall beat their swords into plowshares.”
On Friday, while traveling to the Rebbe for Shabbos, shiur alef stopped at the United Nations, where they learned a part of the sicha near the Isaiah Wall that bears the inscription of this nevuah, as the Rebbe discusses in the sicha.
A big shout out to Sholom Lebovics for arranging this trip.
