Still now. Every morning soldiers wake up wearing their uniform ready to protect Am Yisroel to the point of mesiras nefesh. Every day, yidden in Eretz Yisroel are running to protect themselves in bomb shelters. There are still hostages being held, may Hashem have mercy. It’s not over.
Until there is a complete victory for Eretz Yisroel, the children of New Haven will not stop gathering for rallies of Torah, Tefillah, and Tzedakah. Since the war has begun, a rally has been held almost every single week on zoom, and before Chanukah over 155 children gathered for an in-person rally at Congregation Lubavitch New Haven.
They know their power as children as the Rebbe quotes the possuk in Tehillim (8:3), time and time again:
“From the mouths of infants & sucklings, You (Hashem) have established strength because of Your adversaries, in order to put an end to enemy and avenger.”
Imagine, every Possuk a child says, has more power than the people sitting in the Knesset!
(As the Rebbe told Israeli journalist, Motti Eden in response to why the Rebbe was holding children’s rallies before the Yom Kippur war. Video at 7 minute mark.)
They were shown clips of the Tzivos Hashem rally with powerful messages from soldiers on the front lines, asking the children to please continue using their power of Torah learning & saying Tehillim full force, to protect them, bring the hostages home, and bring a complete victory for Eretz Yisroel and the final Geula now!
A special thank you to the madrichos from Bais Chana Academy New Haven, and the madrichim from Yeshivas Beis Dovid Shlomo New Haven.
In addition to the hachlotos tovos taken, the children were each given their own Mivtzoyim Menorah to give to another Yid for Chanukah. Every child received a duch slip to fill out after completion, which will be sent to the Rebbe.
Here is the question sheet made my Tzivos Hashem to help the children better understand the Rebbe’s message.
