A new Arts Camp for girls is opening in Crown Heights for this summer, which will incorporate hands-on art activities throughout the daily schedule, in an authentic and chassidishe atmosphere.
The Arts CH Camp (ACC) will be directed by Yael Cohen who says she is opening the camp “because I know how much children look forward to camp and how impactful it is.”
“Each week we’ll be touching on a different mitzvah and applying it to our projects and activities, making it tangible to every camper,” she says.
Cohen grew up in Crown Heights and for as long as she can remember art was a part of her life. She always loved the camp environment, energy and excitement. Throughout the summers of being a head counselor/counselor, she saw the impact that camp had on the children and the importance of a fun and positive environment.
“We want your child to discover all about the arts and let them uncover what they love most,” Cohen says. “At The Arts CH Camp (ACC) we look forward to giving your child a summer filled with all creative activities, exciting trips and games. We can’t wait to give the campers the opportunity to explore and have fun throughout this summer!”
At the end of camp your child will come home with the knowledge and love of what they’ve accomplished here at The ACC.
The camp runs for a Full summer (6 weeks): $240/week
Or by Individual weeks: $250/week
After care (1 hr 30min) $20/day, $80/week
