We are in the midst of the Ten Days of Teshuvah. We all strive to purify ourselves and increase our zechuyos in preparation for the Yom HaDin. Now is the time to continue assisting the hundreds of needy families in Kfar Chabad who receive financial support before the holidays and throughout the year.
The sacred work of Kuppat HaKfar is carried out during this period with even greater intensity. The ongoing war, tragically, has widened the circle of families in need of help and support. The heavy toll of the war has brought instability and financial uncertainty to many homes.
Some families require only a small and temporary hand, while others are struggling with serious and ongoing challenges. Our support enables them all to endure the hardships of daily life and to provide their children with hot meals, to set a dignified Shabbos table, and to enter the Yom Tov with Simcha.
We rush to the aid of every family that turns to the Kuppah for assistance. Often, behind an ordinary smile and a calm exterior hides deep existential anxiety and fear of what tomorrow will bring. For such families, Kuppat HaKfar serves as an anchor and a place that offers help with discretion and dignity, taking care of all that is needed. The fund is run with complete transparency, and every decision is made with care and responsibility.
This is the fifth consecutive year of our activities which are made possible only through your support and partnership. To continue this good work in the year ahead, we need you with us. Together, we will go on providing for and helping all those in need.
