Son of R’Zalman Schnnerson from Lodz/Paris, who saved many children during the War.Son in law of R’Chitrik z’l the oldest tomim who passed away a few years ago at 106.
He lives in Flatbush and has a small shul there

Yes, there were many chassidim who followed R’ Aharon Strashele. Some of whom later returned to the Mitteler Rebbe – I’m pretty R’ Moshe Vilenker was one of them.
