Mrs. Sonia Kaplan, wife of Rabbi Binyomin Kaplan obm, passed away on Monday, 9 Teves, 5780.
She was 98.
She was the daughter of the chossid R’ Nochum Yitzchok Pinson, and lived in Crown Heights for many years.
More recently, she lived in Israel with her children.
She is survived by her children, Rabbi Nachum Kaplan, Crown Heights, Rabbi Shmuel Kaplan, Baltimore, and Mrs. Cherry Ulman, Chashmonaim, Israel, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, many of whom are Shluchim around the world.
She was predeceased by her son, Tzfas Head Shliach Rabbi Leibel Kaplan obm.
The levaya will take place today in Jerusalem.
