Mrs. Dina Livshitz, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on Shabbos Parshas Lech Lecha, 11 Cheshvan, 5783.
She passed away just a few weeks after celebrating her 50th wedding anniversary with her husband reb Michoel Livshitz.
Despite her career in chemical engineering, her true passion was her family and her community. Devoted member of the community in Kharkiv, Ukraine, she was known to all the bochurim, Shluchim, and community members for her unsurpassed kindness, caring, and hospitality.
After moving to the USA in the year 2000, she earned the same reputation once again — now in her new community, at Shaloh House, Boston MA.
She was born in 1940 in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Her father Nochum Manuylenko came from a Chabad family from Koryukovka near Chernigov.
She is survived by her husband reb Michoel Livshitz, Brighton MA, son Eli Nochum Livshitz, Crown Heights, and grandsons Menachem Mendel and Moishe.
The funeral will take place on Sunday at 2:00pm at the Shaare Tfila Cemetery (main entrance) at the following address:
