Talmidim from Cheder Lubavitch Morristown and bochurim from the Yeshiva who joined the “Mishmor” study program throughout the past year enjoyed a trip and barbeque as a grand finale.
Over the past yeshiva year, the bochurim and talmidim joined together once a week to study after school hours in the yeshiva. Those that excelled in the program were treated to an end-of-the-year treat this week.
The group first went bowling where they enjoyed bowling and arcades with their friends.
Then they went to the Chabad of Montville, NJ, directed by Rabbi Yossi Spalter for a special BBQ and hakhel with the 12 Pesukim and special treats.
The day concluded with a grand ice skating trip on private rink with lively music and lots of fun.
A special thank you to Rabbi Aharon Wilschanski, Principal of Cheder Lubavitch Morristown for facilitating the Mishmor program throughout the year, as well as to the Cheder Vaad and all the sponsors for making Mishmor possible. Special thanks as well to the bochurim giving up their own breaks to teach the kids, and specifically Zalmy Wagner, Shalom Deren and Shmulie Grossbaum for arranging it.
Morristown keep it Rokin!
